Hmmmm the adress to "Agnes house" is tricky but I think you are right If you are looking at the house at Eniro you can se the number 13 on the house wall. Anyway, the house is a corner lot house at Dvärgstigen/Felterusgatan

Well the bike lane goes from Torparegatan. Torparegatan is the street that ends at the football pitch. The bike lane it self has no name. Johan and Elin turns right from Torparegatan to the bike lane in the movie.
