well, i saw the movie on tv and wanted to see it again, but there was no way to find it anywhere, since it is kinda old and swedish..and i live in argentine so you can imagine how hard it is to find a movie like FA over here.

So...i downloaded it..i guess that may be the solution to your problem.

It used to be downloadable from EDONKEY, but darkleon is right - go buy it! It's worth every penny.

Hi to everyone,

I'm also new in this Forum. I saw the film a few months ago and now again on last monday. The second time was even greater than the first. Yesterday I ordered the DVD. What shall I say that has not by now been mentioned? It is really a great movie and it really gives you a certain feeling which is very difficult to describe. I was very excited when I researched the Internet and found out that Lilja 4ever was made by the same director. Another great film. I definitely will be watching Lukas Modysson's future work.

Finally it is good to know that I'm not the only one who is crazy about this movie.

Bye

Whew! I'm not the only one then. This movie is fucking spectacular. I just love it to bits. I've seen it 5 times so far. I have the DVD and now all of the sudden I feel like watching it again.

I first saw FA about 2 or 3 years ago on Dutch television. I was simply blown away by it. Best acting I'd seen in years (what is it with those Scandinavians.. are they born with acting talent, or is it something in the air?) and the story just moved me to tears.
The day before yesterday, someone left a plastic bag in our house... we had a little new years eve party. Anyway, there's a bunch of DVDs in this bag and to my delight, a copy of Fucking Amal!
Today I watched it again for the first time in two years, and it was even better than the first time, if that's possible.
After watching it, I felt very much inspired, just like the first time. Then I remembered that I tried to write a song about it, but couldn't quite put into words what that movie did to me. Today I found the lyrics I was fooling around with back then. They're a little rough, but I've made it my mission for 2006 to turn it into a decent song!
There are very few movies that make me want to pick up my guitar and bang out a song, but Fuckin' Amal does just that.

aah, dutch! welcome on the forum

your post reminded me of an old song that had something to do with Få... it is actually about the beauty of rebecka liljeberg (agnes in FÅ) and i found it (again) here:

http://users.belgacom.net/gc855995/stuff.htm -> the mp3, easy to find

i had downloaded it years ago and since then i've always been trying to find out who sung it. my search continues! i personally do kind of like the song, although i had to make myself 'listen trough' the crappy way of recording it, the 'lead' guitar ( )...

it's up to you now to write a better song about our favorite movie! *:)*

Haukur Heiðar Hauksson plays in the Islandic band Dikta.

I must say I kinda forgot the song, but really great you brought it up again Robinn... _O_ :Y

Next to the mp3 files on the sites linked by Wikipedia, there are also lots of songs of Dikta on this page. I really like Chloë!!! ^O^
