Neptune Moon by Vulkano

I don't know of this has been posted but Alexandra is in it. It's a little bonkers especially the overdubbed voices :D

Now that wasn't weird at all.
Not one bit.

And everyone on this board is completely sane.

That voice sounds like it must be the old windows text-to-speech program from the early 90's.
I know because we used to do prank calls with that when we were kids. :T

Very weird bordering on excellent.
Great find AM. :Y
Beat me to it by the time zone factor. :P *:)*

Hated to voiceover though.
Would much rather have heard it in Swedish although I think they all speak English very well.
I see Alex's ex (?) Theodore did the sound editing. :|

Alex (whispers): "Lisa, did Fish just say he liked it? By the way, your neck looks very tasty." :)P :P

Yes, the credit goes to our dubliner friend this time.
Keep up, Ian. :P

I'm confused, Fish...Did they record it in swedish first (or english), just to overdub it with the computer voice after?
Or was the computer voice the original intention? :?
(You know, just to make it even weirder).

I don't have any info on that, I just assumed it was made in Swedish and then overdubbed for the US audience.
(I'm assuming US 'cause Vulkano are in the US at the moment and have some gigs coming up.)

I'd hate to think it was deliberately made to be so poorly overdubbed. *:|*

The Wizard's cute though. *:)*

In the Neptune Moon credits it lists Ann Wirström Pyk as the voice-over. Could she be a relative of Lisa?

Here's a photo of her - I think... http://www.resume.se/folk/vimmel/2007/09/27/blomquist-anonnsbyra-75-ar/#17 at a 75th Anniversary party for Blomquist Anonnsbyrå. The band playing that night? Those Dancing Days which was a band Lisa & Cissi were in prior to forming Vulkano. But that doesn't understand why this woman sounds like a computer voice-over. Maybe we should ask sound editor Theo about that?

It is a computer voice-over, I'm quite sure.

Wirström Pyk doesn't sound like a very common name, so yes, they are probably related.

Agreed Fish. The Wizard of Odd should be changed to The Wizard of Cute. :)

Indeed.
Here's one with Lisa from her Facbok page.
I'm thinking possibly her mother?

Can't vouch for the voice used however.
Dahl's may be right.
It could just be computer generated.

On another subject.
This was posted by Måns Nyman who directed the "Annie Liebovitz" vid.

It's just crying out for a caption. *:)*
Any takers?
