I went to echo park yesterday and went on the trail Edgar hiked on. I saw a lot of the area that was in Masaaki's photos. They apparently all had the day off yesterday..just my luck. But ill be going back to LA on thursday and hopefully someone will mention where they are on Facebook. Judging by all the photos though, it looks like they might be staying either in echo park or los feliz, which is all on the east side of LA. I recognize a lot of the houses and streets that are in their photos. I just have to narrow things down..

A Happy Acquart!

so I went to LA yesterday and went snooping around echo park and Los Feliz but didn't see anything. I was hoping someone would be in the area and who knows, things can happen. I took a photo last night and compared it to one of Masaaki's photos.

But sadly, no run ins or nothing. A lot of the photos Masaaki took were from a while ago and sadly, i need something now to give me an idea if they are still filming. So far I just know for sure that Edgar is in echo park/los feliz. No word from anyone else.

Fish, i know Pauline has to be back in time for blanche neige in early march so I'm assuming they're going to wrap up filming pretty soon?

I bet it would/will be a very pleasant run in, Pauline seems nothing but sweet and kind-hearted.

Maybe there are scenes without her to be done first, so that Pauline can get back to France in time.

There's no indication that Yukiko drops out of the storyline so perhaps she's just needed for the street scenes at this stage, and they haven't started them yet.

Hopefully there'll be a lot more information when the Billionaire website come on line tomorrow.
(Bet it isn't "tomorrow" by Australian time though. I'd be checking it out in less than 8 hours from now. )

Although I am fairly sure that it was the teenage Acquart's melancholy in NdP that drew me to her in the first place [its close identity with my own at that age, and, I suspect, many other people's], what I wish most of all for her, as a grown-up person, is her happiness and fulfilment, creatively and in every other way conceivable.

That's why I love the ahem rather occasional happy Acquart pics so much.

They almost made it with the help of a couple of large contributions in the last day.
Only about €100 short of the target.
I hoped they may have negotiated for the lesser amount, but unfortunately I and all the other backers have been offered refunds.
Not the outcome I wanted at all.


It's now 2:00pm in Adelaide on the 1st March and there's no sign yet of the new Billionaire website.
I guess that's not even midnight last night in LA but I'm getting impatient.
