Tomas Alfredson [LTROI, TinkerTailor] says that torrent downloading has screwed up the whole film industry...he may have a point.

Hopefully crowdfunding will eventually take the place of the self-serving agencies who've controlled the whole thing for so long.

Last day for "Dans la Chambre" to reach its target and it's now looking very unlikely.
If it was closer I could have made up the balance myself, but I'm afraid the shortfall was just a bit too much.

Dans la Chambre reached its crowd funding target on the button. :shock:

It seems the film will be made.
As an investor in the project I'd like to thank all the other investors for making it happen.
I would expect we'll all hear from the director in the next couple of days.
