Not sure.
The whole show was posted on YT (?) some time ago but subsequently removed and is now impossible to find. It would make an excellent DVD though with a few of the backstage interviews and stuff thrown in as extras.
As for the "cover". I have no evidence that it is one.
It may have just been made up to look like one by a fan for all I can find out.
But I like it.

Arte VOD looks like a [very] French Video On Demand site, you have to subscribe/create an account there [in French...]

...on further investigation it looks like a French National Libraries service; when you try to register, it asks you which region of France your library [or mediatheque] is located in...
