It's some alien comedy with Simon Pegg. Shaun of the Dead it is not.

Pretty Baby USA 1978 - Well, if there didn´t played a beautiful Brooke Shields, so it probably do not watch either. They gave it yesterday on television in the evening topic '' film club ''so it was in the original version with subtitles. Well I have a compliment in one of the most poorly translated subtitles, that I knew, but once. They talked so fast and the American accent is crazy for me. :T Brook is very very charming there, but I do not understand why in a few years later (in the Blue Lagoon) for her nude scenes in the play doubler when in Pretty Baby she was barely for 13 years and there had nude scenes and even a few times there appeared completely naked and did not ban it, when the the Blue lagoon justify it so that she is only 16 years old and the shots of naked flesh will from another woman. I do not understand .... :T

It's hard to work out what goes on in minds of the censors, Katka.
Even in some very liberal countries like Australia there are always pressure groups wanting to "protect" our morals.

Notre Jour Viendra.

Patrick and Rémy lose the plot big time.
Patrick is a red/grey haired psychologist who seems to have lost all faith in what he's doing.
Rémy is a young guy who feels marginalised because of his introversion, his red hair and his apparent preference for other guys.

Hey, in Ireland everyone's got red hair haven't they. Lets go there.

What follows is a road movie of their attempt to leave France.
Very violent.
Patrick and Rémy are not very likeable, in fact they're complete arseholes.

But the film itself is quite good. It won't win at Cannes or anything but it uses the "red hair" as a metaphor for all the different types of discrimination going on in society.

Worth watching but unlikely to end up a favourite.

And now for the bad news.... Image

This is not Alex. :(
It is in fact Justine Lerooy who plays Natacha.

Alex is only in the "pool" scene which last for a couple of minutes.
She does speak, in a very toffy English accent.
She is absolutely gorgeous in the scene, and not just because they saved so much on the costumes. :)P

Saw Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix last night (first time since the cinema). I wasn't going to watch another Potter so soon after TDH2, but I just couldn't resist. Still think this is one of the best, with some cracking tension courtesy of Imelda Staunton's smiley-chilling Professor Umbridge. TOOTP also benefits from David Yates' direction (great job on all the last 4, the best Potter director by miles) and the introduction of both Helena Bonham Carter's cackling psychotic Bellatrix Lestrange and the adorable Evanna Lynch's adorable and spot-on Luna Lovegood. Really enjoyed that. :D

Such bad press, so many delays. What hope did it have.

The dialogue was 99% in Russian. No sub-titles.

Actually, I liked it. It wasn't that hard to follow the story even though I don't speak Russian and missed out on a lot of the verbal interaction between characters, but the good guys were good and the bad guys were really bastards, so it didn't take much to form an opinion about someone.

And the ending when Lana and Janie finally got to meet Yulia and Lena was great. *:)* *:)*

If I could find it anywhere on Ebay I'd buy it. (As long as it had English subs at least. )

Good to be russian  I'm understand all. But movie is average.
