Noticed that FÅ have been playing a couple of times on Scandinavian tv, but regrettable on one of those expensive moviepacks that I don't care to purchase..

Strange isn't it?
I own four copies of FÅ on dvd which I've watched, (once or twice, ) and yet on those rare occasions when one of our "free to air" channels shows it again I always watch it again.

And like Kat, it makes me smile every time.
Such a good film.

Can't remember it ever been shown on regular tv over here.
But, you're right, I would probably watch it again even though I have the dvd...

Another good reason for hoping they'll show it someday, is to "casually" bring it up for friends and acquaintances, so I can hear their reaction and thoughts on the film.

Dahls coincidentally reading the tv-guide in the newspaper among friends:
Oh, look, Fucking Åmål is on tv tonight! Remember that from the 90's? That was such a good film!

Thanks I don't know if i have Moon in Virgo (even I don't know that Bex has like that ) well it's maybe a little paraphrase on Bex's pic.

I have a problem with my memory.
Which, combined with the problem with my memory, causes me to forget things.
Must be a memory problem I guess.

Most people I try that with just say they can't watch a film with sub-titles.
Fools. Don't know what they're missing.

Someone should invent the MIB-thingy , the first time watching is always more special.

Thats the privliege of being Scandinavia. No need for subtitles, and almost everyone knows about this film.
But it's mostly the same here too, no use in recommending eg good French or Spanish speaking films, people just don't want to read the subs

Something is going wrong with Imageshack.
Won't let me load multiple pics straight into "my images", even though I'm paying them the big bucks.
I'll have to load them individually and use them before they disappear into the void.

It surprises me more that in Scandinavia and probably in Sweden that it doesn't screen a lot. Seen as it one of the biggest box office hits there. It only screened one time on Tv in Ireland and thats how i recorded it onto video. Moddysson's other films screened more seen as they got more attention.
