Pauline is going to a lecture tonight in Les Lilas hosted by a friend.

I was kind of hoping she was on her way to LA. :( :P

No pics. Nothing. Zilch. :(

The reason why there was no audience when they made the Blanche Neige dvd.

I think they might have asked for their money back with all those distractions going on in front of the stage. :P

Never mind, Fish, thanks for looking anyway.

I think they might have asked for their money back with all those distractions going on in front of the stage.

Also, a bit of a tech nightmare to film, I'd imagine, what with the Moiré effect of the gauze...

The camera would see its effect differently from human eyes.

There's another gig on tomorrow night. Pauline's friends seem to be going, but she isn't.
I wonder if we should read anything into that. :?

Yeah.
Hard to know with that gauze.
It was used to separate sections of the stage while allowing scenes to unfold in each. It also adds to the Brothers Grimm air of fairytale mystery.
As far as I'm aware it was part of the normal stage performance too.

So many cameras on set.
There must be hundreds of pics out there in cyberspace.
So where are they all? :? :T

This is pretty much what I think when I do the now very occasional search for news/pix, to [mostly] find only endless repetitions of NdP screengrabs. *:|*

Without a Fish to fearlessly plumb the bowels of faecebook, this would be a very texty thread indeed.

God forbid that la G should be harassed and pursued Kristen Stewart style, but this is the opposite extreme. I can only conclude that's how Pauline wants it.... :T

I had invitations to soirées and seats to see several showings of "Un Coeur Sauvage" last year but all of them went to waste.
My satisfaction will come from getting the dvd and a booklet of pics, and of course from helping a project involving Pauline.

I'm assuming (like last year) I'll be able to assign any other benefits to someone else, so I'll leave the offer on the table for anyone in a position to attend.

I know, even to go to Paris for a 35 minutes film is difficult (well, less than to travel from Australia obviously but still  ), mainly because of organisation and all. But I'll keep your offer in mind, to waste those invitations would be like a crime. :T

I'm not sure, but I think the budget was initially 3000, and now (last week even) it was cut to 1500 euros. Anyway, 830 are already backed! *:)*

Well, I am shy  and I don't know how to write official letters  . And I seem to forget all of the questions I had while thinking of her lack of interviews. But I will think about it.
And, if we venture these crazy ideas, why not ask her?

On the picture it says that it was on TV on arte one morning, april 23. If I knew, I would have taped it... Or not, I was not thinking being a real fan at the time. Such a shame anyway. :(

It's like interpreting fragments from ancient papyrae - here's a word, here's a letter, here's a giant hole, but what do they mean together? :| :D
And then, one year later a thick book comes out, where in about 700 pages it says: "we're not sure what it means".

Many actors are content with small appearences and roles that do justice to their talent. Their fewer viewers appreciate them more intimately, than the greater audience appreciate the big stars. (Was I not too confusing? :| )

No doubt that social media provides the bulk of all the pics/info; Facbok, Twatter, Instagrim, Gurgle+, Y/T, Vim, etc. etc., but it's a real help if I can identify friends, associates, co-stars, production companies, or whatever, and search there as well.
It's a very wide cast net and it takes time, but fortunately I'm "time rich" on most occasions.
It's fun to do, but I have no expectation that others are as "time rich" as I.

I love it when others find things I'm not aware of though.
So many times it gives me an idea of new places to look. *:)*

Pauline consults a Cardinal in the hope of finding new "Billionaire" info she can share with the Forum. *:)*
All he could come up with was "You're beautiful" though.
Like, as if we didn't already know. :P

A very modest requirement for the hire of a few pieces of equipment.
Still a couple of weeks to go and still a constant trickle of donations.
Hopefully they'll reach the target and the film can be made. :Y

If you're unable to go to the premiere of "Le Conteur", that's fine.
I'd love the seats to be used but if they can't, so be it.

At one time Blanche Neige was on YuTube but was removed.
The dvd I bought was the exact same production and a very enjoyable view.

Same sort of thing with the Chez Maupassant series.
TV first but a good dvd(s) to buy when I found them.

Well, a pity, anyway. France is a big place after all, I guess you don't live near Paris.

This is not necessarily a disadvantage for an interviewer. Certainly it's more likely to evoke a sympathetic response than a pushy, arrogant attitude would...

Andy [q.v.] is the only one who has had a personal communication from la B; I've never tried, and emails to her agent at artmedia have almost all been ignored. :?

These tasty tidbits are the bait on the very sharp hook of TV, beware! Anyway, there's still the DVD...

No, you weren't confusing; but in the case of Kristen at least, she appears to be adored and reviled in about equal measure; I can't think of anyone else quite as polarising.

I have long suspected that Pauline had a flood of unsavoury offers after NdP [ie porn and similar shit] and, what with that and being hurled into celebrity at such an early age, wisely chose a path of seclusion and extreme privacy while she worked on her craft.

The only development from Billionaire today is that Edgar is .. "looking for a house/loft to rent in LOS ANGELES starting any time. any ideas out there?"
It may not be much, but at least it's movement.

Meanwhile, Pauline and Phénix seem to be right at home supervising the others while they're w*rking in the kitchen. :P

Not this week either.
Pauline is going to "66 personnages en quête d'un psy" (66 people looking for a shrink) (?) next Saturday at Au Studio-Théâtre d'Asnières.
Some of her friends are in it, and others are going to it.

It would be great if for once there were heaps of pics of the crowd.
Let's not hold our breath, eh?
