This rolled up on my Facbok page during my absence.
Copied from the LosF page so don't blame me for the silly capital letters.

Some things haven't changed in my absence.
It isn't any easier to find her. *:|*

I've received an invitation to a screening of "Dans la Chambre" next Sunday. *:)*
In Paris.
On the other side of the world. *:|* :(

Nothing unexpected I guess.
I've already replied.
Asked about getting my own copy as promised. :D

I'm not a particularly political animal, but I was appalled by the comments which recently came to light from one of the candidates in the USA elections.
The hands here reminded me that we should all be better than that. :r

Here in Manc, the slang expression 'to trump' means 'to fart'... :|

Last night on the "Arts" channel on pay TV I happened to find a ½hour English show interviewing Céline Sciamma.
A very serendipitous find in advance of the screening, so I recorded it.
All in English, very good interviewer. *:)*
Mainly about "Girlhood" but also a few minutes on "Tomboy" and "Water Lilies".

This was one of the clips they used. :D

Acquart never said or wrote:" 'Oo you lookin' at?"

- because she didn't need to...

No. Nothing new. But it was nice to hear it all explained and to understand it without the need to translate.
Céline obviously speaks English very well.
And the interviewer was asking intelligent questions and then allowing Céline free range to answer.

Wow. Still keeps rolling on, eh?
