this is LIL IS. i'm from the US and have been trying to get this movie since i first saw it which was like a year and a half ago <_< very hard to find since i have yet to find it. Can anyone help me?

It is the NTSC/Region 1 edition.
Hopefully you will get your own copy soon. B)
