It was possibly up to almost a year before she joined Neighbours, though, and from the opening sequence, she does look VERY young in it in parts.

I'll still love it, though. It's Amelia.

I think we did when that Alex/Rebecka car interview suddenly turned up, didn't we? (Or weren't you here then? I can't remember! You seem to have been here forever. Er... I meant that in a good way ) Oh, I squeeed that day!

Still, if someone had told me in 2001 that 9 years later I'd have all Amelia's Neighbours eps on VHS and DVD, a panto interview from 1992, loads of old magazines and photos, get to see AOK (which I never even knew existed until 2000, when I first got on the internet)AND that I'd get to interview her (albeit not in person, though that's probably just as well as I would probably only have made a tit of myself ) I'd have never believed it. It's more fun being a fan of her now - almost two decades after the fact - than it was 15 years ago.

Now I do like basketball, especially women's basketball.
Something about the asthetics of it all appeals to me.

(I mean the sporting contest. Glory of the game and all. )

And seeing that the World Championships are on in the Czech Rep. just now, and seeing Australia's doing pretty well so far, and seeing we're the reigning World Champions and all, I thought I'd try and give an pictorial insight into why it appeals.

We promptly lost the next two games against the USA and Czech Rep and now the best we can finish is fifth.

Netball's an OK game, if a bit slower, but this is definitely basketball.
