Instead of cutting yourself next time, why not post whatever your feeling at the time in here. Even if it doesn't make much sense to us you can come back at a later date, read over what you wrote and see if you can counter the cutting thoughts.... Hope this is of some comfort to you to know that we do care and your not alone.

thats a good advice. writing frees :) i write lots of poems and short stories, it helps me to work up things.
you could also keep a diary instead of posting here, for your private feelings.

yeah you watch "zwei bei kallwass" every day i know :lol: i don't look that anymore, it's too boring for me to know after two minutes what the real problem is... :P psychology is also one of my three big passions! but i couldn't imagine to be a psychologist! ever heard that psychologists have the biggest psychologic problems?! think of hannibal lector...

i don't think so! did you read the three book? maybe in the films the effect was not so strong...

I did even few times each book i have posters with Hannibal on ma wall and i think he's brillant as a book character. ;) To the other people he seemed insane but he had his own point of view at life...I guess his only problem was that he was behind the bars. ;)
