Hi Clara,

I agree. The forum was active before, during and close after the broadcasts on Austrian and Russian TV. After that it has become a bit quiet. I suggest to put more life to it. First of all I am curious about the situation of the UK/Irish DVD release of Fucking Åmål. I think I am going to send an e-mail really soon to ask for an update.

Oh, and I would like to now from users if they have any idea's as this site is concerned. If you got any then I will see if it suits the site and if so, I will try to realize them for you. So, please let the suggestions flow. :)

Greetz,

Hey Clara,

I'm not too bad at the moment. Just a little problem with cash and the like ( I should stop visiting ebay and spending large amounts of money B) ).

Also, I have a couple of bands I'm going to see. The first band on my list is The Darkness, which should be pretty cool. They're playing at the Student Union in Cardiff on the 5th of October. And the second band, which I last saw back in the Winter of 2000 and with a lot of Britain under water due to all the flooding are the mighty IRON MAIDEN. I can't wait for this band to play, as they are my life and blood B)... I don't know who's supporting them in Britain, but one of the bands they've taken under their wing around Europe, is a local band called FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND, who are also pretty good as well. As it is, one of the guitarists used to work with me, so good luck to them making it big.... Maybe I should see if I can get tickets for the concert at the Stockholm Globen in November ;) .... Two birds with one stone

Enough from me for now, how is everybody else doing btw?

Syd,

How about some games like the ones they've got on Alexandra Dahlstrom's site. And if you could incorporate it as well, some two player games would be damn fine by me :) .

 Well I did have different emoticons, but they really did not fit the site. Personally I do like these emoticons (smilies). They are very different to the emoticons on other sites and I think they are funny. Do other people also prefer different emoticons?

Well this could be an option. I will think about that. Only I think that these games will not add value to this site. I have seen the games on alexandra-dahlstrom.com, but never played them. And I really do not think a lot of people play these games. Maybe I am mistaken. Well let's hear about it then.

Hey sty,

Also, I have a couple of bands I am going to see

You certainly are going to be a busy little bee, aren't you? But at least it will be whilst you are enjoying yourself ;) I have been busy with work lately - working extra time and stuff. It's not good for my image - I'm going to be looking as though I love my job ;) ! Good to hear from you........

Hey Sydney,

At the moment, I can't think of what could be added to the site, but if I think of anything, I'll let you know........

First of all I am curious about the situation of the UK/Irish DVD release of Fucking Amal

So am I mate, so am I. After the original contact at the company forwarded my e-mail on, I never heard from another member of the company.

Btw, the November edition of Empire (the British movie magazine) has a little review (on page 158) of Lilya 4-Ever. It states that the DVD is released by Metrodome and is priced at £19.99. They have given the film a 4 star rating and stated that "This is Lukas Moodysson's finest film to date"..........I haven't actually seen the film yet, so I just might buy it next week. I'm still very fond of Fucking Amal though.... :)

Cheers,

clara
