X Files: Patient X/Red and the Black 2parter. Not bad, but part 2 is much better than part 1. Scully's almost orgasmic hypnogression to the alien attack on the bridge is an absolutely astonishing sequence.

Final ep of Skins. Pretty good, though disappointed we didn't see Naomi/Emily in the last ep. All in all, been a very good series, I've thoroughly enjoyed it. Will probably pick it up on dvd.

Let's just hope they don't screw it up in the next season.

Masters of Horror - Sick Girl. Very entertaining mix of comedy, horror and lesbisk romance. :D

Master of Horror - Deer Woman. Another great mix of comedy and horror, from John "American Werewolf in London" Landis. Love how it takes an utterly ludicrous premise, takes the piss out of it for all its worth, and then still manages to do something quite spooky with it. Top stuff.

Last 4 eps of Parker Lewis Can't Lose season 1. Great stuff. Particularly like the one with Shelly's first date LOL. And the start of the Jerry/Shelly ship!

Hope they release season 2 before too long.

Doctor Who - The Daleks. The original Dalek story from 1963. Still pretty good, with some very effective moments. A bit too long, though.

Why do I get the feeling I'm the only person who ever posts in this thread? :W

X Files: Mind's Eye. Very good episode with a strong turn from Lili Taylor as an aggressively stubborn young blind woman who can 'see' through another person's eyes. Unfortunately, that other person happens to be a psycho killer. Good stuff.

Because all I've watched lately have been dvd's I've mentioned before, like....
Mammoth for the 2nd, 3rd & 4th times.
Mañana for the 2nd & 3rd times.
15 of the 16 DVD's of the first four seasons of The L Word.
Fucking Åmål for the 3,567,454th time.
*:)*
Oh! I did watch the News yesterday. But that got a pretty poor rating.

I was afraid it might perhaps be because I was the only one who didn't have a life.

(reads fish's post again)

I am grateful to see that is not the case.

:D  :P

It may be sad and depressing but it's the only life I'm using at the moment. :( *:|*

Another few dog years and I'll be able to trade up to a better one. I'm hoping for something as good as one of Snapsie's battery operated toys, but I'm more likely to be offered something like a battery hen. :| *:|*

Roseanne.

(Darlene is stranded at a dark car park after a rock concert, with some scruffy youth who tries to offer her some 'joints'.)

DARLENE: Oh, man. I feel like I'm in the middle of a really bad After School Special.

First part of Dead Set, the Brit zombie horror that started on SBS on Monday. Very good so far. You've got to love the evil bastard TV producer using a man in a wheelchair as a human shield against an attacking zombie!

7TWO is showing Sons and Daughters and Home and Away from the very beginning. That's sad.

Even sadder is that I'm watching them!

That is sad. :(
Even sadder is that all these so called "new" HD channels don't have enough "new" HD programs to show. There's a surprise.

Still, enjoy S&D and H&A when you get the chance.

Still, it's quite nice to have older shows back on tv instead of having to buy dvds (or not be able to see them at all). Most of them are better than the current rubbish! :P
