Sounds like a good one.
They must be paying the writers again. :P

(deadpan) It was nothing but bread 'n' water for almost all of the Tennant era. :P

Maybe they were paying Tennant too much and had nothing left over for the writers.

I mean, you know how that w*rks, don't you? :P

...and I bought the blu-ray from Amazon.uk (thank goodness for region-free player mods).

I love that you called it a 'review'. Any review I would have attempted would have been woefully inadequate. It's just a beautiful film - the actresses, the cinematography, all of it. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

"Room In Rome", from an IMDb review.

"...The film to me was more of an homage to the beauty of the female body, since there is no plot what so ever. The film feels a little bit like Lost in Translation, if that took place in Rome, with two females, in one room and were always naked. So that's what you can expect from this movie..."

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I'm sold.
I'm heading to Ebay. :W  *:)* *:)*

To say it had 'no plot' is a bit unfair. It's not Inception, but the story held my interest. The only way a film can continue to hold my attention is if the plot, acting, and direction all do their parts.

Irishman, I'm more inclined to take notice/believe reviews from people like you on places like this than from anonymous morons elsewhere on the net. You know what they're like. :T

The Academy of Country Music Awards. :D I love country music and I love awards shows, so this was a great night! Watched (and listened) with my lovely, wife. One of my favorites, Reba, hosted the awards and did a great job! Her co-host was great too, but I'm sorry to say, I've forgotten his name. Reba was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Yay!!! *:)* Anyways, all in all, this night was wonderful.

What did you just call me? :x :P

In the context of the guy's review, he did actually wind up saying he liked the film.
I just posted that out of context bit to show how shallow and tasteless I am.
