Now celebrating Film Sweden Malik Bendjelloul after Oscar win last night.
- It was a long time ago someone stole a pure Swedish figurine, says Tomas Alfredson to Nöjesbladet.

Film Sweden boil for joy after Malik Bendjellouls Oscar Win for the documentary "Searching for Sugar Man".
- It is outstanding fun. The success of the documentary film at all, says Stefan Jarl, the award-winning filmmaker behind documentaries such as "They call us mods", "A Decent Life" and "Bricklayer".

Maud Nycander, one of the directors behind "Palme" are also pleased profit, but are not sure how important Bendjellouls figurine is for Film Sweden.
- However, it is fun for all of us being the Swedish documentary film raises their status in the world, she says.

Actor Alexandra Dahlström reveals that she let Malik Bendjelloul screen test for a role in her short film "Because the Night" from 2009.
- When I met with him last spring, he said "why did not you ask me?" She says, laughing.
- I'm very happy for Malik's sake. The film is about fame in a very interesting way, she continues."
