As we're near "Silly Hat Week" I thought I'd make an early start.

We do seem to be mostly getting away from Marie pics nowadays, this can only be a good thing...not that pics of the 15-year-old gamine Acquart aren't beautiful, but [presumably because of NdP] they're wildly over-represented on the Net. I wouldn't be at all surprised if PAB now sees the role as a bit of a liability - at least until her next major film lead, which will hopefully not be long coming.

One of the many traps the utterly illogical language called 'English' sets for the unwary is there/their/they're; three words with the same pronunciation but different spellings and meanings. Best way I can explain it is;

There = located in that place [Look at Dahls' not-silly hat! Where? There!]

Their = of / belonging to them [Their hats are not silly]

They're = they are [They're all wearing their not-silly hats over there]

I know which explanation I would prefer to believe ...liking the pic [and the sense of humour it demonstrates] in any case.

I speculate that PAB is pretty much free from the pathological narcissism that so many 'beautiful people' in the media industries exhibit, males and females alike.

I suspect it's easy to get your ego boosted too high when everyone around you constantly tell you how great and important you are. It takes great character to keep your feet on the ground and be just the person you are in that situation. PAB obviously has so.

I just want to be able to smile indulgently, when the whole world is going crazy about l'Acquart's next major feature film, or perhaps music project, and modestly brag about how our fan thread was the first aaaand probably the best.
