I had those same doubts too.
I thought it may have been incorrectly tagged.
Pauline has a real life friend from her childhood who does, in some pics, look remarkably Acquartesque.
I thought for a long while it was her but in the end I decided to believe the tagger.

When you think about it, if one did happen to be born jaw-droppingly gorgeous, [whether in a conventional <KS?> or unconventional <PAB?> fashion], the anti-narcissistic way to go would indeed seem be trying not to give [too m]any fucks about it...no?

Certainly there are pics of both that a narcissist would die in agony rather than allow out into the world; and oddly enough, many of them are among my faves.
