One of the issues of living in a country with so much sunshine is the damage it can cause to the skin.

Fish, buy a couple of kilos of cherries, separate and crack open the pits, whizz the kernels up in the flesh, and drink a couple of glasses every day. Repeat as required.

Actually any fruit with a stone will do, but cherries and apricots are richest in the useful stuff.
Oh yeah, and take one-a-day zinc supplements too.
