Didn't I see a laptop in one pic? Many of them have card readers nowadays for cameras etc...saves all that usb faff.

I save all the pics and stuff I want to keep on my desktop 'cause I let my youngest have free reign on the laptop and only steal it from him when I want to take it away on holiday.
So anything I put there is likely to be "accidently" dumped and replaced with games 'n' stuff.

Don't ever take Zinc!

I've been taking it for a few months as a health supplement and last week I started having muscle twitches/spasms, mainly though not entirely in my left hand. Scared the living crap out of me for days (you immediately go to the very worst possible reasons for such a thing). Luckily it occurred to me to check up on it and found that Zinc can lower your magnesium levels and result in muscle spasms (in extreme cases it can even cause heart attacks!). I stopped taking it and bought a magnesium supplement and it was gone in just over a day. Freaked me out.
Don't ever take Zinc!

Never been a fan of health supplements.
You'll get what the body needs through the regular meals, and a little fruit and vegetables.
Unless you exercise very hard, like top athlete's hard, or you're a vegetarian, you probably don't need it.
