It's not that good a clip.
Alex is not even in focus and doesn't say anything.

But it is an Alex clip I guess. :)P :P

a few extracts from Anders Annika's blog (rough English translation) concerning Sthlm Film Festival posted 28th November. You can read the full account on :

http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=sv&u=http://andersannikas.blogspot.com/2010/11/bra-och-daligt-pa-stockholms.html&prev=http://blogsearch.google.co.uk/blogsearch%3Fhl%3Den%26ie%3DUTF-8%26q%3Dalexandra%2Bdahlstr%25C3%25B6m%26lr%3D%26sa%3DN

Stockholm International Film Festival ended today. Winner of the Bronze Horse was not entirely unexpected Debra Graniks Winter's Bone.

:Z

Better, I thought about our day will come, by Romain Gavras. Gavras is the son of Costa-Gavras and is best known for two violent and provocative music videos, Justices "Stress" and MIA's "Born Free". In the latter, he allows the police to chase red-haired people, who are placed on a field to be shot.

- it can be read as a thoughtful, powerful, provocative or just dirty old disease (such as in the scene where Alexandra Dahlström appears as "fille Anglaise" and swimming topless with two other young women Cassel later sleeps with).

 :)P

Good was also Let Me In, the American remake of Let the Right One In, which was the festival's secret surprise movie.

 :r

It has very little in common with the Swedish film version, but also recalls the American 70s-horror film, the aesthetics and the slow tempo.

The Swedish child actors, however, was much better -

 *:)*

especially Chloe Moritz is very pale vampire (and thereby consolidate its position as Hollywood's most overrated child actor right now).

 :W

How come I can not get a certain image out of my mind...

And was that the only thing that really was significant in that post...

Where's fish? :? Usually he's as regular as clockwork. :Y Hope he isn't sickening for something  Maybe the heat got to him (I should be so lucky - lucky - lucky - lucky) or perhaps he's started celebrating Xmas early. *:)* I worry about him. He's been overdoing it on the web research recently :T Needs a complete break. A complete unwind. Somewhere relaxing like Brussels, or Luxembourg :Z or Stockholm maybe?

Funny you should mention that.
I heard a rumour that a couple of un-named Swedish women were headed to Adelaide today.
Couldn't be for the cricket. Image

I know.
I'm heading down to IKEA.  :W :T

Adelaide Advertiser, Mon Dec 6, 2010.: "Unknown people in the IKEA car park on Saturday.
They appeared to be suffering from heat stoke and were not dressed properly for the warm weather.
They were both delerious and kept repeating "where's Fish, where's Ian"" :T :P

That's not how you spell "delirious". Image

Anyway, after I found them in the IKEA car park we waited ages for Ian to show up, eventually giving him up as a lost cause.
We headed out to El Rancho Fish, air conditioning up high to make them feel at home, but all they did was complain about the heat. Once there they only wanted to take off all their clothes and splash around in the pool, then the jet-lag must have set in 'cause they tried to drag me into the bedroom. I don't know how they expected to sleep with the three up us crammed into one king sized bed, so I got on with a little bit of ironing I had to do while they had a nap.

Fair dinkum, talk about ungrateful guests. I'd had enough so I took them back to the airport and put them on the first flight back to Sweden. They didn't seem to mind that much and were talking about heading to Portugal. Apparently it's pretty hot down there too. I only hope they don't disturb Snapsie's peace and quiet.

In retrospect, I hope I haven't offended them.
I don't think I did anything wrong but you never can tell with the Swedes. :P  :T

Now there are two things I'd like to say.
1.... Always believe me and trust me. Always. O-)
and
2.... Always check out Alexandra's videos, even the ones she's only made, not starred in, 'cause you just never know.

Here are two links to Alex's video for the Bear Quartet song "Lovers Goodbye".

http://www.supersoundrecords.com/the-bear-quartet-lovers-goodbye-video/
same clip, different site.
http://kamratskaprock.blogspot.com/2010/12/alexandra-dahlstr%C3%B6ms-bq-video.html

And here are a few screen caps from the clip.

The song is good, the clip is magnificent. *:)* *:)* *:)* :)P

Edit: And it all gets taken down in two days. So save it now if you can.
(Hope Glampop saves it to her site, 'cause I can't save it. :( )
