Is that the New Zealand one? I made the mistake of renting that once. I thought it was awful. Got great reviews too (which is why I rented it!)

Yeah, that's the one.
I saw enough in five minutes to form the same opinion as you. :r

You will notice that we speak very nicely about them too.
They outnumber us about 5 : 1 and after that film we know they are all carnivores.
You'll change when you're hiding in the basement at the Dome with 10,000 sheep wanting their money back and I've skipped town.

Saw Man On The Moon again last night (the Andy Kaufman biopic). Still excellent, very funny. Jim Carrey gives a tremendous performance. Something of a favourite. Boy, that guy was a loon!

He sure was.
Amazing how so many comic geniuses are either right on the edge, or just over the edge of sanity. Dear old Spike Milligan for another. :T

Yesterday I saw "the fugitive" on NDR television, starring Harrison Ford for the first time. Althought it is 16 years old, it was quite fun to watch.

I'm not heavily into the "action/chase" genre but I agree in this case. It's a good film and Harrison Ford is always good playing this type of role.

I wonder what he takes to keep looking as good as he does, and I wonder where I can buy some.

The Fugitive is very good.

I'm amused by syd's comment of "although it is 16 years old", mind. You know, FA's only 5 years off of that!

 :D

And even though Harrison Ford is good looking, he's not a patch on Alex and Rebecka.

Five years difference......bloody hell.

He is yummy though, even if he looks sheepish in that picture.

If he shed about 100 pounds, plucked his eyebrows and nosehair, got rid of the five o'clock shadow, wore a floppy fringe wig and spaded himself into H&M casuals underneath a burkha, he could pass for Rebecka. He has very expressive eyes. :)

Remember when you said....

snaps wrote:If you down a half-bottle of Gordon's Gin straight on an empty stomach, smack your head against the wall hard at least three times, and vomit your stomach lining, then my step-sister vaguely resembles Rebecka!

You mean Harrison Ford is your step-sister.

(Sheep. Always the sheep. Moa is starting to get a complex, she's not used to international stardom like this. 8) *:)*

He has the same kind of nasal hair as my stepsister, there the similarity stops. He is really nice sensitive and charming and lickable  I mean likeable (Freudian slip!)

As for Moa, she should get herself a good agent 8)
