Had a terrible migraine for three or four days now. Nurofen has taken the edge off now, but I can tell it's still lurking underneath. Have to go to the doctors if this keeps up.

No, no, dreadful stuff, ulcerative to veins as well as stomach lining. Codeine/paracetamol [with 30mg codeine] if you can't get sumatriptan [which is amazingly effective, if a bit scary].
