I was thinking of asking Snapsie where she found her Elin and Agnes pillow cases.
But then it wouldn't be as good as the real thing, would it? :)P 8) :P

No, but perhaps nowadays she would react the same way to Apple's dominance. I think she is more of a "Linux" person. :T

Well I know you will all have been following this as avidly as me *:)*

Sweden secures World Cup bronze

''Sweden were reduced to 10 players when Öqvist (a.k.a. snapsie :r ) was shown a red card for lashing out.'' Faark! I only twatted her with my Louis Vuitton handbag.

Aparently they were then reduced to using Bex, arms above her head, as one of the goalposts

So, you were one of the "leggy" Swedes then, eh? *:)*

It's been live on paytv over here, and as an avid fan of hot sweaty females I've been keeping, er, abreast of events.
Personally, I thought you should have been sent off for body checking in the change rooms before the game even started. :P

That also accounts for what you tried to do to that poor goalpost. :)P

And: I'm sure if I even understood Linux I'd be able to think of something really clever to say.
But alas..... :(

And: I'm disappointed that none of you even noticed that I'd put a ginger rinse in my hair. Image

I was stumbling around on that fanfiction site where that FA piece was, when I found The Lovegood Charm, this rather lovely and epic (13 chapters!) bit of Harry Potter fanfic about a Hermione/Luna relationship. It was really well done, touching and sweet, and captured both girls very well. Had me rooting for them well and truly. :D

Re-reading that Hermione/Luna Harry Potter fanfic. Yes, I know, I'm sad, but its awesome!

There's some seriously adorable moments - Luna's strange idea of fishing, Hermione (even before anything has happened)waking from a bad dream about Luna falling off one of the school towers and wrapping herself in Luna's scarf to make her feel better. Aww. And then her embarrassment and huffiness when Ginny catches her like that in the morning!

Luna has some class lines too. I'm particularly fond of her referring to Ron as "the Ronald creature". And later: "Hermione has made her choice. And I think it is her best one yet." :

There is even a neat (if no doubt completely unintentional) mirroring of FA in there, in that Hermione, even when she does start to develop feelings for Luna, is so caught up in her own feelings and confusion that she fails (just like Elin with Agnes) to realise just how strong the other girl's feelings for HER are - and it takes another character altogether to point this out. (Thankfully, Ginny does this for far less vindictive reasons than Viktoria, mind!)

Fantastic. I demand they film it immediately. :P
