Me.

I think I have to take a break. Seems that whatever I post, I get weird feelings afterwards. Somehow I'm not able to understand what I write. Or just misinterpret my own stuff. The next day or just half an hour later it hits me and I regret everything. Or I'm just embarrassed like hell after being such a goof again.

Maybe I take this too seriously, don't know. Nevertheless, I'm going to take a break. Maybe sneak in sometimes, but no posts, no.

(I like you all, so this definitely hasn't got anything to do with (any of) you.)

My best friend (the one who recently got married), got caught (by me) hitting on Alyssa. :x He never even apolgized, even though he admitted that what I saw him doing was exactly what he was doing. So I'm not speaking to him right now. He majorly broke the guy code.

It's sad that you feel that way Juule. :(
We've all said things that we've looked at later and thought, "I wish I hadn't said that", and we've all misinterpreted some of the things others have said. None of us should ever be embarassed about admitting that.

One of the nicest things about a small community like ours is that we can be sure that every one sees what we write in the best possible light. Language, cultural, even geographic differences mean that we will never have such a group of diverse people saying the perfect thing to everyone, every time. Everyone accepts that, and appreciates every post that's made.

Speaking personally, if you feel you have to take a break from posting, please make it a brief one.
I enjoy reading what you say too much to just let you go. *:|*

Kyle, unfortunately this guy needs to become an ex-best friend. :x
You shouldn't have to tolerate this kind of behaviour, and you'll never be able to trust him again.Image

If it's any consolation Juule, I have no idea what Ian meant, but I'm sure it wasn't meant to be critical.

I often dribble out words when I talk and don't know what I mean, and on here my fingers type faster than my brain works :D :T

Goodness me, Juule, don't run off! I don't think anyone here has ever misinterpreted anything you've said.

I'm fucking bored and depressed, I used a bad word O-) but I am Ginger Snaps

I know some of it is to do with Seasonal Affective Disorder which I suffer from. Most of it IS NOT.

''What Annoys You'' seems too fucking mild for a thread. I want to start a thread, maybe RANT THREAD in which ppl can really really let go.

I have much to rant about.

Even in the context of this forum, I have things I want to say which I hold back on. I'm at a point where I don't fucking care anymore.

Fucking Sweden? 8) the more I find out, the less I want to visit, let alone contemplate living there. Even writers like Mankell and Larsson have exposed the darker side of Sweden.

It isn't 1998. I think Fucking Amal was brilliant in that it challenged the self-satisfied ego-image mass media projection of Sweden as being somehow laidback, tolerant, progressive. It exposed the thin veneer of social democracy, logical, logistic, stripped back to the core. Cold climate, nice but cold as ice (not cool 8) FAIL) people, incapable of dealing with emotional uncertainty.

We need a FA OF NOW!

Computers, internet, Faecesbook, cyber-bullying, cell-phones, immigration, community and ethnic division, economic uncertainty, globalisation, social anomie, drugs on tap, youth and alcoholism, surge in neo-facscist activity.

Keep the same line-up of strongly drawn characters but interpret their actions and inter-actions as Sweden IS NOW.

I would love for Alex to secure the financing to produce and direct such a vision. Moodysson we know is a difficult person, but let's face it, without him there would be no Agnes and Elin. He needs a kick up the pants. He has the clout to move things forward. :Y

if you want to know more of my rantings, let me know. :)

Just passing by, for now.

First I have to say that I really appreciate all your words. With thankyous and bows and things like that. (Not to be seen (purely) as a joke.) And with warm and funny feelings. :Y

Have to clarify this. Ian didn't cause me to flee (with his joke). I just didn't understand (it). (Enough parentheses already?) My timing was the thing that was terrible. Sorry. Would have done this anyway, in the near future. For some time now I've felt like I described and it really doesn't have anything to do with any of you. Just me messing with myself. It's become too serious or stressful to post. (You wouldn't believe, for example, how long it took for me to phrase this message... :T ) And that's something I'd like to avoid. And I know that after a break things might look brighter (and even more joyful!). This kind of behaviour really isn't that new to me.

I guess I didn't manage to explain much (or anything), but hopefully this at least clarified something. Image

And snaps, keep it coming. :)

Well, I'm glad it wasn't me, Juule. I would hate to think I'd offended you or something!

Lurk, post, you're always welcome here. No stress, no pressure. We're all just a bunch of eejits here anyway.

Personally, I refuse to see "Life as it is". I choose to see "Life as it should be". :T

I hope so Juule.
I'd hate to think of any of us suffering. :(
