It's a Flash Video of the "Bex" episode of Skärgårdsdoktorn from SVT and contains some lovely images, but I think it disappears in 25 days.
I want to save it while it's still available but Flash has never been my friend.

I'm pretty sure there's a video downloader plug-in for Firefox.

Another option might be to watch/save it in VLC, which treats .flv as a native format, or use the somewhat iffy Atube Catcher that Katka once recommended [which although efficient does rather too much phoning home for my liking].

A search on 'video downloader' and/or 'flash viewer' should give useful results, there are several programs that do this.

I've been stuffing around with GetFLV and have only managed to get some low resolution bits and pieces.
Never the whole thing and never in HD.
