Movies worth seeing in theaters are getting rare... but for this one I will gladly pay.

Pauline is interested but hasn't said she's going yet, but, the Côté Court festival in Pantin is saying the actors/crew will be there for the last screening.

When I first saw that Pauline was going to be in Parenthèse I was upset because there was pressure from the film's backers to have a more "bankable" cast.
The Director resisted that pressure and it was only then that I realised that Pauline was the "bankable" one they wanted included.
As some sort of compromise a minor role was written in for Pauline.

The full Parenthèse film was on Vimeo a long time ago, I watched it but I was unable to save it.
If I ever get the chance I'll buy the dvd though because even though her role is minor my recollection is that her scenes are well done and she is beautiful.

Did you participate in the funding and/or discussion? On Facebook, it says that the movie will be out the 20th of July. I doubt that theaters near me will show it though, but if they do, maybe I'll go see it...

I didn't get the chance to help fund the film.
I never saw it on any of the crowdfunding sites, but I'm pretty sure it was privately funded anyway because in crowdfunding you get no chance to influence the casting or the story or anything like that.

I hope you get to see it and I hope I get to buy a copy.
