GREAT MOVIE

Maybe I could help?
Both actors male(Jake Gyllenhaal) and female(Jena Malone) are awesome. They're a bit like Agnes, shy and introverted...

short summary:
Middlesex student, Donnie Darko, has problems. His therapist thinks he has some sort of schizophrenia, whereas Donnie knows he's having visions. His visions depict a demonic bunny rabbit named Frank. Frank tells Donnie that the world will end in 28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes, 12 seconds. It indeed turns out it will be that long until the earth ends and the tangent universe collapses. But before that happens, he must cope with the school bully, the gym teacher, the principal, his parents, his friend, and Grandma Death.

Check it if only you'll have a chance.

well besides fucking amal there are some nice movies

there is this chinese movie i saw 4 years ago and never again, it was called chinese box or something, it was with jeremy irons which i think is quite famous and several chinese actors.

im not so much into american movies, but i think vanilla sky is quite a good one.

and theres this movie about a danish woman who finds out something about a virus somewhere in greenland the german title was fräulein smillas gespür für schnee

and there is this neon genesis evangelion anime with all episodes and the both alternative endings, very good.

pft.... You wanna see the original Spanish version called Open Your Eyes (if you havent already). It pee's on Vanilla Sky from a great height :P

It seems that the American film producers/directors/whatevers have run out of ideas and have started to rehash and ruin classic foreign films, sucking any of the enjoyment out of them

But apart from that, hello fjordur :D

Yeah, that's "Abre los Ojos" by Alejandro Amenabar.

To "Pearl Harbor": At least the action-scenes are great, the rest is crap! :D
