Me too! The silence of it would wake me, as a kid...a few times I got dressed and tiptoed out by myself, into the newly mysterious and beautiful world...moonlight on fresh snow made deep blue shadows as well as glowing white surfaces...the dirty, hard, ugly city looked like a suburb of Heaven, the lines all softened, the dirt buried.

Oh, yes, I too think snow is great, and I love that we have changing seasons up here in the north, with relativly warm summers, and cold and snowy winters :) (although the last couple of summers have been mild and rainy *:|* )
I love skiing, and can hardly wait till the alpine resorts opens! Not to mention the afterski! 8)

It's just the fact that some people can't seem to handle driving in these conditions, that really gets on my nerves...

I'm not sure whether to be amused or annoyed by this:

JK Rowling has said she "may" consider doing "Director's Cut" rewrites of two of the Potter books (the last two? We can but hope), admitting that she was rushed writing them and is still not happy with them.

You couldn't have figured out that out sooner, missus? :P

YOHIO PV for 'Our story' released yesterday. It's very sweet and autumnal and goes well with the lyrics. The song is rather pop mainstream but not unpleasant *:)* It's difficult adjusting to all the clothes and hairstyle changes he is trying out at the moment. and he does rather eclipse the girl in the PV film in the prettiness stakes

Finding all the Helios albums on Grooveshark - I've loved the guy's stuff since I heard the tune 'Coast Off'

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTbVGPSBO6Y

maybe 10 years ago; he's so original, kind of a 'muscular ambient' vibe 8) 8) 8)

Grooveshark's UI takes a bit of getting used to, but it's an excellent service, I think - I've never even had to create an account!

Wel OK, maybe a little late for Haloweén  :D

Partly the reason I have been absent of late. Three weeks ago we were asked to give this PV a BIG PUSH. It had attracted 92,000 viewers. Within a week we pushed that up to to 100,000. It now has 167,000 + viewers.

It's fun! :D It's incredibly camp *:)* As camp as Christmas

Seremedy - NO ESCAPE (OFFICIAL PV)

Even if you don't like the underlying metal thump rhythm, fast forward to 2:44 for YOHIO's Bach-influenced arpeggios in the instrumental break.

Way to nearly double the views, snaps!

PS Having just re-read Little Star, I have to agree with you that Yohio should totally play Theres in the movie.

It'll be a brave girl that plays Teresa though, eh? As brave as Louise B was to play Anne in NdP...
