TMI, fishy. :P

Sons and Daughters. In a season that has gone rather downhill, not least due to a series of decidedly unfortunate cast exits, thank goodness Wayne is still there to be delightfully scheming, going to deliciously underhanded lengths to demonise Glen in the eyes of his girlfriend Susan because he wants her for himself. His evil smirks as his plans go right are always a thing of joy, and one suspects if he had a moustache he'd be twirling it right now. Perhaps it's the natural likeability of the actor, perhaps it''s because its hard to condemn a "villain" too much when his ultimate aim is just to win over the girl he loves, or perhaps it's just that I'm deeply amoral, but I do love him.

The new series of Red Dwarf on ABC. Surprisingly good, actually! :D

Doctor Who - The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon. Despite being extremely convoluted, and far too linked in to the ultimately underwhelming series 6 ''arc'' story, this 2 parter is still fabulous stuff and perhaps the last truly great story of the current era to date. Epic, demented, with bags of atmosphere and some genuinely creepy moments, plus a great guest actor/character in Mark Sheppard's savvy disgraced FBI agent (shame they haven't had him back actually). I particularly like his no-nonsense, casual blowing away of the Silent. "Welcome to America". As a 60s Yank Brigadier, he'd be rather good. :D

Doctor Who - Survival. The original series went out on a high with this superb science fantasy story. Wonderfully written, acted and directed, with a deliciously atmospheric music score. Lovely. :D

The Science of Sleep with Charlotte Gainsborg and Gael Garcia Bernal. Sadly but rightly overshadowed by the great Enternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Still a film thats well worth a look an it's a very dark tale about loneliness and Obession. Bernal is wonderful and you actually love and despise his character in equal measure. Great movie.

La Gainsbourg is a bit of a phenomenon, really, if you ask me. I'd wager L'Acquart and all the younger French actresses just worship her. It's kind of hard not to. She just slew me again in Melancholia the other day, even though Ms Dunst was also burning holes through the screen at the time.

Gainsbourg is just one of those women who's not stunningly attractive but is still damn sexy and oozes a coolness not many women have. L'Acquart looks like her (thats why she stood out to me in Water lillies). She's great when she gets the right material and Von Trier seems to b the director to give it to her.

Watching at themomet the 23 Bond films, Casino royale Goldfinger and Skyfall are my favs.

Skyfall would be in my top five, but not the others I don't think. I go for For Your Eyes Only and Moonraker. I loves me some Roger Moore. :D

I was reading his book Bon on Bond, Lovely man but apart from one or two of his Bond films i wasn't a big fan. Too Jokey and sleazy for my liking and not Enough kick ass and cool secret agent for me ( Connery and Craig are my Bond's)

my top 5 Bonds
1. Skyfall
2. Casino Royale
3. Goldfinger
4. OHMSS
5. LTK

Eh, Connery's overrated. His movies are pretty dull and past-it now, too!

Casino Royale's just not my cup of tea. Much like the Nolan Batmans really - so serious, so achingly dull! :P At least someone remembered with Skyfall that Bond's meant to be FUN.

1 For Your Eyes Only
2 Moonraker
3 The Spy Who Loved Me
4 Skyfall
5 The Living Daylights
