Var är elden? Det ser lika dyster som någonsin. Det är 2,15 CET och redan himlen är mörkare. Gör du uppskattar det är bara några klick söder om polcirkeln går till dagtid. :(

All the smoke was coming out from under the roof/verandah thingy behind the salmon, near those little block things to the left. All you could see was the smoke and two or three wooly hats standing around chatting.

I guess Åmål is a long way north 'cause the days are really short now and it's not even mid-winter. They will be having only a minute or two's daylight soon I guess. Poor things. No wonder Elin wanted to leave.

That black waggon has been parked on the bridge since yesterday.
Wonder what the owner's up to. No good I'll bet.

Probably casing out the salmon.
Recon the one in the middle might be missing tomorrow.

God this is a boring view.
What would have been wrong with Åmål Knocking Shop Cam?

Very moody, almost sexy in it's dark velvet undertones and seductive shadow-dancing. The sharp thrust of the night air on exposed flesh making the seeking of guilty pleasures of animal warmth a necessity. :Y

Read my latest fanfic :D imagine you are there tonite, pent up emotions and sumptuous sensual unguent urges, like a volcano ready to erupt your molten lava in passionate protest against the death chill of night .....

Now that's what I'm talkin' about. :)P
Where's the web cam showing all this stuff.
Oh, I know I can go to Snapsies spycam but that's only for 23 hours a day. I need to fill in that other hour too. :P

Some guy walking his dog by the flagpoles, in that little bit of grass towards the river.
Dog's sniffing around like it's up to no good.
Awww crap.
'ey, pick that up now fella. Stick it in a bin.

Now he's gone.
Big pile of dogshit on the grass.

Those stablegirls better be careful rolling around there tonight. *:|*

FFS whoever is their Director of Tourism and Recreation should get the big ''heave-ho''

Whenever anyone asks me to give an indicator of what Amal is about I point to Clay Cross in Derbyshire. About the same population but at least they have a few good food takeaways and greasy spoons. Forget your crispbread when you got banana fritters, hot dogs in batter, black pudding oozing fat, good wholesome ''heart attack on a plate'' catering. A vindaloo from the ''Koh-i-noor'' to unblock the plumbing as required. Wurlitzer Willy playing ''Themes from the Movies'' down the pub, Gobbing competitions, A ''Find that Virgin'' contest (over 14's excluded) no-ones won it to date, a Grab a Granny lottery in the Black Dog (on Fridays with a huge fat rollover on Saturday morning if you are an unlucky successful contendant). Darts, pub quizzes, Guaranteed good humored punch up in the town square on Satdays, (no-ones bothered as no-one has their own teeth, just pick up your dentures, shake hands and buy your opponent a pint in't Greyhound of a Sunday). Of course everyone's inbred and related to one another so it helps social cohesion. A totally ''black" local economy trading anything from haircuts to poaching, car-fixing to DVD burning, painting and decoratimg to cake-baking.

Amal just looks boring. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I need to investigate? As our stupid government gives out grants to anything resembling a ''good cause'' maybe I should apply?

You make Clay Cross sound so appealing. *:|* :r
Sounds like Hindley Street any night of the week.

You need to apply for a grant to anywhere by the sounds of it. Might as well be Åmål. You could do research on salmon and dog droppings. :P *:)*

Heading towards 10 on Monday morning in Åmål.
Cold, wet, miserable day.
A blue bus, a red car, guy on a bike, few people walking.
Everyone looking like they want to be somewhere warmer.
Might have to wait till next summer for the "furtive fumblings" of a night of lust.
In Åmål as well. *:|*

I hear Knocking Shop Cam can't send vision 'cause the lens is covered in a mysterious substance.
Snaps should investigate when she's over there on her government study grant.

Things would be better if only they'd get rid of that empty bottle. :W

I think we may have to wait till 12th December and the Festival of St Lucia (festival of lights) for anything remotely exciting to happen. :(

Amal, 6.00 AM C.E.T. Guess what? ..... it's raining. It's a bit like North West England, if it isn't actually raining, that means it's going to rain soon. :(
